A word from our founder Elke

Having owned clinics with up over 20+ staff, I was constantly chasing my tail when it came to working in and on the business. Training my team was really time consuming, but it was an integral part in the success and growth of my business.

Being in WA especially, I was conscious of the lack of education and coaching support available to salon owners. Staff are everything and without a well-trained team with career progression opportunities, too many leave the industry for all the wrong reasons and clinic owners constantly having to rebuild.

As the WA Agent and business development manager in Perth for a large Australian skincare and device company, Elke has also worked at a business development level with numerous salon owners. Jocelyn is a multi-award winning salon owner with over 20 years of experience.

Jocelyn Derecourt, previous owner of the multi award winning Cove Spa WA, has been educating therapists in holistic facial and massage techniques for over 19 years. With customer experience being the key driver throughout her teachings she has gone on to win numerous ABIA awards. At Next Level Aesthetics, Jocelyn trains and educates passionate, career driven aestheticians and business owners in all areas of spa relaxation and facial services including buccal and sculptural lifting.

As the business development manager and educator for one of Australia’s leading skin care companies, Kerri has trained therapists of all levels in skin correction, consultation, customer service, retail and more.

Ainslie Chrimes

EDUCATOR

Ainslie has worked in the Beauty Industry for over 15 years, winning the National title of ABIA Therapist of the Year in 2014.

Ainslie holds a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment and has worked as the West Australian Educator and Business Development Manager for Inskincosmedics since 2015.

Ainslie has trained a number of cosmetic doctors, nurses and aestheticians in a variety of clinical treatments and has taken clinic teams to new heights with consultation and retail training.
