We’ll explore the difference between Inrinsic vs Extrinsic Aging, their causes and how I recommend to treat them. You’ll also uncover the impact of UV damage and discover how antioxidants work to protect against free radical stress. Beyond the skin itself, we’ll explore the often-overlooked emotional, energetic, and lifestyle dimensions of aging, giving you a truly holistic perspective.
