Program Overview
Presented by one of our experienced facial educators, this course is designed for those who are new to the world of facials or needing further hands on experience to perfect their facial treatments. This course is also a fabulous way for educating nurses or clinical professionals looking to add some relaxation or holistic massage services to their menu. This one-day course is full of hands on learning, giving you the skills to perform your facial routine from start to finish.
The training can either be done via face to face or run as a live zoom. You will be required to complete the theory component prior to commencing your practical component.
Course Duration
Option 1 (Available for Perth only)
1 Full day face to face session with a 2hr assessment 2-3 weeks later.
Option 2 (one on one live zoom)
4x weekly 2 hr sessions with a 2hr assessment 2-3 weeks after the last session.

- Cleanse, exfoliation & peel techniques
- Relaxation Massage for the face, neck & decollatage
- Applying the correct massage pressure
- Mask application and the benefits
- The importance of recommending aftercare
- Effective rebooking techniques
- Client retention & follow up methods
The course can be customised to incorporate your clinic skin care line, or worked with our in-house brands.
You will also have access to a facial tutorial video, and massage sequence document to practice. The session involves a 75minute follow up roughly 2-3 weeks after to assess your skills and ensure you’re confident in the entire facial experience.

Anna Glasspool
With over 20 + years experience in skin and beauty, Anna began her therapy career in the UK, working in some of the most sought-after Spas. With over 15 years management experience, Anna has trained and mentored a number of therapists across the UK and Australia. With a passion in educating therapists in thorough skin consultation and treatment planning, she has helped develop stronger clinical and customer service systems, ensuring clients get results and stay long term. Anna believes that education is never ending and vital for ongoing success in the skin and beauty industry.
Kerri Egan
Kerri is an ABIA award winning therapist, with over 10 years experience in skin and beauty. Her attention to detail and customer care is what has contributed greatly to her successes, whilst working in some of Perth’s top spas. As the business development manager and educator for one of Australia’s leading skin care companies, Kerri has trained therapists of all levels in skin correction, consultation, customer service, retail and more. Kerri is a passionate educator who loves advancing and encouraging therapists to reach their goals.
