Program Overview
Presented by our experienced facial educator Jocelyn, this course is designed for those who are new to performing Facials. This course is also a fabulous way for educating nurses or clinical professionals looking to add some relaxation or holistic massage services to their menu. This is a “one on one” experience tailored to the individual.
This starter package is a combination of hands on learning and in-person learning, giving you the skills to perform your facial routine with basic knowledge, from start to finish.
Course Duration
Approx 4 weeks
1. 4hr in person ‘hands on’ facial basics training (value $600).
Includes:
– Room set up and bed presentation.
– Sanitation and hygiene.
– Welcome touch ideas.
– Analyse basic skin types.
– Learn a relaxing, professional skin cleanse & exfoliation on a model.
– How to use a hot towel like a pro.
– Basic facial massage.
2. Basic Skin Science Online course (value $99) approx 30mins view at home.
3. Spa Poetry Level 1 Online course (value $449) and 24/7 WhatsApp chat with Jocelyn for approx 2 weeks.
– Includes basic consultation.
– Cleanse & Exfoliation.
– A comprehensive Facial, neck, shoulder & hand massage.
– Mask application and Hydration.
-Practise on models at home for 2-3 weeks.
4. 4hr in-person assessment and theory 3-4 weeks after initial training (value $600).
– Complete a full Facial on a dedicated model.
– Thorough feedback on assessment.
– Effective rebooking techniques.
– Client retention & follow up methods.
– Understand how the skin works.
– Understand how various ingredients improve cell health.
You’ll be feeling very confident in performing a Facial that your clients will return for again and again within 4-6weeks from your initial training.
