Presented by our expert facial educator Jocelyn Derecourt (former owner of the multi-award winning Cove Spa) this course was designed for therapists of all levels, wanting to improve their consultation skills, create a unique facial massage experience and enhance their overall client skin journey.

What to expect
- Starting with your wellness as a Therapist and bed set up, we then go through a consultation, covering important questions and considerations when it comes to performing the ideal treatment for each client.
- Winning the ABIA award for “Best Customer Care” 3 years in a row, Jocelyn shares her secrets for best ways to relax your client within the first 2-3 mins of getting them on the bed.
- A basic lymphatic drainage based cleanse, exfoliation and a blissful scalp massage will prepare the skin tissue perfectly for the massage to come.
- The most enjoyable part of this course starts here, as you are shifted to a state of zen whilst watching a guided, in depth facial experience from start to finish focussing on unique touch points to completely relax your clients mind, body and soul.
- Enjoy learning a truly to die for shoulder, neck and face massage, and a soothing arm and hand treatment.
- Just prior to starting this course, you will be added to a group chat which serves as a 24/7 classroom where you can ask questions and upload videos of your work for feedback.
- At the end of the 2 weeks, there will be a group zoom meeting to ensure everyone is feeling confident and ready to take their skills officially into their treatment room.
We ask that you have a minimum 1 year experience performing facials as a pre-requisite for this course.
You’ll also learn the following:
- Welcome touch
- Basic lymphatic drainage technique
- Anatomy overview
- 20min signature massage including décolletage, face, shoulders/neck, scalp
- How to create different facials for your menu
Now it’s your turn to get practicing!!! With 4 weeks of access to the video we suggest getting your friends, family and clients on the bed as often as possible to take full advantage of your investment. On completion, you will receive your certificate. We can’t wait to hear how you enjoy this course and look forward to seeing your facial experience transform.
